Albert Einstein once said, “I speak to everyone in the same way, whether he is the garbage man or the president of the university.”
If I was to have a coffee with my 18 year old self this morning, I would tell him of the importance of respect.
To be respectful you must respect yourself first and then respect everyone you meet.
You may not agree with people’s views of the world, but once they are not causing people harm you should start with respect.
Respect is the foundation to create peace, good relationships and make this world a better place to live in.
What advice would you share with your younger self?
