Sing and Dance ?
That’s the advice I would offer to my 18-year-old self if we were to meet up for a coffee this morning.
There are a lot of advantages and benefits to Singing and Dancing.
Singing and Dancing helps control weight, reduces the risk of heart disease, regulates blood pressure, strengthens the bone structure of the thighs and hips, and improves endurance and coordination.
It improves the efficiency of the cardio-vascular system, increasing the oxygenation of the blood and improving alertness. It is also proved to stress reduction, longevity and general health.
What advice would you share with your younger self?
