Get into Team Sports

“Just Play. Have fun. Enjoy the Game” – Michael Jordan.

If I was to have a coffee with my 18-year-old self this morning, the one piece of advice I would offer him would be to get involved in team sports.

The many benefits of team sports and group activities helps you build confidence, develop new relationships and also makes you feel physically and mentally stronger for life both on and off the pitch.

Playing team sports also helps you stay active, provides you with constant exercise to help you stay fit and also strengthens your communication and team building skills as you all work towards a common goal.

There are so many positives of getting into team sports, but one important key element of it all is also about having fun.
