In today’s episode, I answer a listener’s question on if kindness is a prority in life? A lot people can be skeptical of someone doing a kind deed for them, but it helps you feel better about yourself too.

I have seen from my experience that people who are kind are happy with their life. They want to help people and being kind will help others warm to you and make you the type of person they want to be around.

New York Times best-selling author Dan Pink taught me that you should start with the assumption that everyone is good and let them prove you wrong.

Being kind has a positive impact on all aspects of your life and when you die, people will remember you for it. When you die, what do you want your legacy to be?
