On today’s episode, I answer a listener’s question on how to build trust in your relationships both in the workplace and in your personal life.

Relationships is one of the most important things in life and trust is the glue that holds them together. If trust is broken, it is hard to mend but it can be done if you come with genorosity and sincerity that you want to fix it.

There are three important elements that you must do to build trust. The first thing is to do what you say. Turn up on time, deliver and honour any agreements you have made.

The second thing is to the tell the truth. If people get any sense that you are not telling the tuth, things will break down. The final point is to lead with genorsity and constructive feedback.
