Now sit back, plug in those headphones and enjoy because it is time to learn together about personal development, networking, building meaningful relationships and so much more.

In this episode, I answer a question from Jim Kirwan, a previous guest on the What I Know Now podcast and close friend, on how I get the most out of my day.

I have become a lot more productive in the past five to seven years, picking up some hints and tips from meeting people and interviewing guests on the podcast that I have applied to my own life.

One of these include getting up at 5am in the morning to read and do some mindfulness techniques, such as writing down what I am gratfeful for and listing positive things that happened the day before.

Other things I do include include turning of emails so I am focused on the work I need to do and lots more. Not all of these might be for you, but figure out what does work for you to make the most of your day.
