In this episode, I answer a listener’s question on why it is important to celebrate the small wins to keep you focused on your initial steps towards the bigger goals.

A lot of people don’t realise the importance of celebrating the small wins because they are waiting for the big goal, but this can be dangerous because what if the big goal doesn’t come?

The first reason I share with you as to why you should celebrate the micro wins is that it bridges the gap. Celebrating the small wins gives you a reason to feel good about yourself while you are awaiting the bigger results.

Overcoming any challenge on your way to the bigger win is also a reason to celebrate and it builds resilience. The final piece of advice is to reward yourself for a job well done when you achieve a micro win.
