In today’s epsiode, I offer advice that I have learned to a listener who is looking to change jobs but does not want to undersell himself.

I have met around 5000 people from working in recruitment and what I have consistently seen is that a client undersells their position because they don’t know how good they are in the marketplace.

They don’t know how to explain their value because they don’t understand the marketplace they are in. In order to understand your true worth and develop your potential, you need to have a growth mindset.

My advice is to put more time into your preparation and you will begin to generate more value to gain that warrior mindset. If you don’t do the prep work, you won’t get the results.
