Today’s question comes from a listener who wants to become more successful in her career but feels that something is holding her back. This could very well be the fear of success.
The fear of success if that you have the feeling you will lose people close to you because they have a different narrative for you and you feel someone else is losing out as you benefit.
If you feel that your success means that somebody else is losing out, this is the worst way to sell your idea or to add value to the world. However, it doesn’t have to be like this.
A lot of fears can hold you back but you need to ask yourself what are the benefits of overcoming this fear? When you pinpoint exactly what you’re fearful of and work to overcome it, you start to develop a different mindset.
