Welcome to episode 31 of Ask Mark, where I answer your questions about personal development to help you become the best version of yourself.
From interviewing people from all walks of life on the What I Know Now podcast, I want to share with you what I have learned from my guests by answering any questions you have about personal development, networking and building meaningful relationships. The aim of Ask Mark is to help you achieve your goals sooner and stand on the shoulders of giants.
I would love to hear your questions so please fill out the form or record your question at wikn.co/askmark. You can also drop me a message in the comments box or on social media in the links below.
Now sit back, plug in those headphones and enjoy because it is time to learn together about personal development, networking, building meaningful relationships and much more.
Today’s question comes in from a listener who is having difficulty with a colleague and I offer advice on how you can improve your collaboration with them for the better of the team.
There will always be that one or two people who won’t be a team player, but the truth is that the companies who work well together as a team have the highest productivity and achieve more success.
There are a few ways you can work on improving your relationship with your colleagues, such as asking for advice on how you can improve your relationships and also try to give them an incentive to put in their best effort.
The most effective might be tackling the situation head-on. Tell them exactly how you feel and ask how you both can work better together in the future to achieve better results you both and for the company.
