Welcome to episode 33 of Ask Mark, where I answer your questions about personal development to help you become the best version of yourself.
From interviewing people from all walks of life on the What I Know Now podcast, I want to share with you what I have learned from my guests by answering any questions you have about personal development, networking and building meaningful relationships. The aim of Ask Mark is to help you achieve your goals sooner and stand on the shoulders of giants.
I would love to hear your questions so please fill out the form or record your question at wikn.co/askmark. You can also drop me a message in the comments box or on social media in the links below.
Now sit back, plug in those headphones and enjoy because it is time to learn together about personal development, networking, building meaningful relationships and much more.
In this episode of Ask Mark, I answer a question from a listener who has put on a bit of weight recently because they have stayed in with friends, who are not as active as they should be.
You need to acknowledge the huge importance people have in your life. Some people can be a bad influence on us, which can take your energy and happiness away from you.
As Jim Rohn once said, “You are the average of the five people you hang around with.” You have to be careful about who you spend your time with. If they form habits of eating a lot and not exercising, you will likely levitate this way too.
My advice is to find out ways that you can start exercising again and try to influence those friends to join you. If they are not interested, you might need to start making tough choices about the people you hang around with.
