In today’s episode, I offer what I have learned in my career to a listener working in sales who are looking for some advice on how close out more deals.

The important thing to know is that it is not what you say about yourself that matters, it is what other people say about you. Testimonials are a crucial resource for your business and it is also a great way to build rapport.

My advice is that you should do a case study to understand the gap between what your product does and how people actually use it. This way you will be able to better understand what works and what doesn’t work.

In the episode, I go into more depth on how to go about creating a case study, including the need to make it engaging and asking for feedback on how to make what your offering even better.
