Today’s guest is Doug Gordon. Doug has worked for 20 years in the Investment world and is currently Head of Sales, Marketing and PR for Davy Asset Management, where within one year of joining they won the award for the number one brand in Investment Management in Ireland.
After a near death experience in 2012, he came back with a gift of healing and a passion to help and serve others. He has since trained to Master teacher level in five modalities of healing to become a certified mindfulness and meditation coach. It has since led Doug to also become a business and life coach.
Doug is also the founder and owner of DDG Performance Optimisation, where he does keynote speaking and workshops to help people optimise their performance in business and in life. He also runs ‘Body, Health and Soul’ where he offers life coaching, healing, meditation and mindset workshops and helps people optimise their health. It is his aim in life is to add value to other people’s lives by helping them optimise their energy and in turn optimise their lives.
