Welcome to the second part of episode 44 of What I Know Now, the personal development and leadership podcast.

This week’s guest is Paul Adamson. Paul is a prominent keynote speaker who brings his energy, inspiration and insights in the area of sales to audiences in global companies such as Indeed.com, Zurich Plc and Red Bull.

Paul is also a successful Sales Performance Consultant, working with business leaders and sales teams to fulfil their potential by developing change and performance programmes. He facilitates positive change through ‘Transforming Perspective and Empowering Performance.’ Companies who have engaged Paul in this manner include, Valeo Foods Group Plc, Horseware Ireland, Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin and Ovelle Pharmaceuticals to name just a few.

Paul previously worked in the global super-yachting industry where he was engaged to train high-performance racing teams and captain superyachts. He most notably captained ex-Formula One team boss Eddie Jordan’s Super Yacht around the World. He still works with Eddie today on yacht racing projects and they also speak at various engagements together.
