Today my advice on Mark’s Daily Discoveries is that your body language is just as important as the words you use. The smallest change can make the biggest impact!

When you meet someone and you are talking to them with your arms folded and not maintaining eye-contact, it comes accross that your disinterested.

You body language and posture says a lot more about you than the words you say. Little things such as holding your head high, putting your shoulders back and maintaining eye-contact will help you in the long-run.

By doing these simple things, you will become more confident and you will create a better impression towards other people Your Body language plays a massive part in how people perceive you.

You don’t want to give the impression you don’t care. Try to cut out those bad habits, such as sitting hunched over and folding your arms. Stand up straight and hold your head high like the proud person that you are.
