In this episode of Mark’s Daily Discoveries, I offer advice on how you need to take the feedback you receive on board and use it to take yourself to the next level.

About seven years ago, I was told I would never reach my potential because I was too hard to give feedback to. It made me realise that I needed to able to use that feedback to achieve my goals in life.

You need to understand that the relationships you build will ultimately help you develop and grow to become the person you want to become. No one reaches success on their own.

My advice is to ask three or four people to give you constructive feedback to help you develop in certain areas you need to improve on. You will have to seek it out but it will all be worth it.

If you ever want to achieve anything in life, you need to seek out advice. If you truly serve other people, they will give you open feedback because they will believe you want to reach the next level.
