On today’s episode of Mark’s Daily Discoveries, I am going to share with you one simple technique to make you feel better, look better and even make you live longer.
What is this technique? Smiling. Yes, it’s that simple. When you smile, you will have an endporhin rush kicking in for five seconds which instantly makes you feel better.
There is also research to show that smiling can make you live longer. It doesn’t cost you anything and even a smile to a stranger can brighten up their day making them and yourself feel great.
When you smile at someone, they will almost certainly smile back at you. This will reduce your blood pressure, reduces anxiety and increases the blood circulating right up to your cheeks.
Try it out. Get up in the morning and smile to instantly make you feel better. Even if your feeling down, force yourself to smile. A simple smile can have a massive impact to brighten your mood.
